•Do grow out your eyebrows for as long as possible this will help the technician to see your natural brow pattern and direction of hair growth.
•Do ensure you have eaten before your appointment and bring A sugary drink and with you.
•Do come alone to your appointment
•Do not bring any children to your appointment as the clinic room/ technician are not insured for this as well as safety reasons, also you will be required to be led down for over 3-4 hours.
•Do not undergo this treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
•Do not take aspirin or anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 2 days prior to your enhancement.
•Do not discontinue any medication before consulting your doctor.
•Do not drink alcohol/ keep intake to A minimum 2 days prior to your enhancement as this can thin the blood causing it to bleed/ bruise and reject the ink during the procedure.
•Do not undergo this treatment if you are currently taking any steroid/skin thinning/ acne medication eg: Isotretinoin/antibiotics.
•Do not use any Retinol skincare products close to the area to be treated for 6 weeks prior to your procedure as this can sensitise the area.
•Do not use AHA skincare products close to the area to be treated for 4 weeks prior to your procedure.
•Do not have any professional chemical peels close to the area 4 weeks prior to your procedure.
•National Blood Service does not accept donations of blood for 4 months after having A semipermanent Cosmetic Tattoo.
•IPL laser hair removal should be performed no less than 2 weeks prior to your procedure.
•Electrolysis treatments should be performed no less than 2 weeks prior to your procedure.
•Eyebrow hair stimulating products should not be used for 4 weeks prior to your procedure.
•Botox in the brow region, forehead or temples should not be performed any less than 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
